  1. I am so happy there is a 7th book in the Darling Dahlias series. It has been awhile since the last book. This is one of my favorite series.

  3. I just pre-ordered “Playing with Bonbon Fire” from the Mystery Guild. The book club release date is February 6, and Mystery Guild has it as one of their featured selections from now until mid-February.

    I’m looking forward to two of the new series debuting in March…Cynthia Baxter’s Lickety Splits Ice Cream Shoppe Mystery Series and Kate Dyer-Seeley’s Rose City Mystery Series. The Lickety Splits series is being released in hardcover and it hasn’t shown up on the book clubs’ lists of upcoming releases yet (if it does at all), so I may wait on this one until the paperback version is released (assuming it will be). I usually try to stick to book club versions of hardcovers since they’re usually a lot less expensive than regular hardcovers.

  5. Is there a topic on your site for cozy mysteries that are by and/or feature male leads? I am a male who likes cozy mysteries, but I relate better usually to male leads/writers. They seem to represent less than 5% of the genre!

    If there is no organizational topic to point me towards them, perhaps others have suggestions? You can publish/not publish my email as your policies dictate.
