I have a fair amount of good news to share with you all – four pieces relevant to Cozy Mystery authors already on the site!
First, Julia Buckley will be starting a new Cozy Mystery series, the Dinner and a Murder Mystery Series under the name Veronica Bond, which will star an actress in the cast of a murder mystery troupe that stumbles across actual murders. This series will have at least two entries. Buckley is already the author of multiple series, including the Hungarian Tea House Mystery Series and the Writer’s Apprentice Mystery Series.
Next up, Lynn Cahoon will be starting The Tuesday Night Survivors Club Mystery Series, which will star a cancer survivor owning a bookstore in Sedona, Arizona, and will feature at least three books in the series. Cahoon is already the author of multiple series, including the Tourist Trap MysterY Series, the Cat Latimer Mystery Series, and the Farm-to-Fork Mystery Series.
Carlene O’Connor will be starting an as-yet-unnamed mystery series with an Irish theme – I don’t know much else about this one, except that it will feature at least three entries. O’Connor already writes extensively on the Irish theme, with the Irish Village Mystery Series and the Home to Ireland Mystery Series.
Finally, Teresa Trent will be starting The Twist and Shout Murder Mystery Series, which will star a small-town Texas girl in the 1960s who investigates the death of the town’s elite. The series will have at least three entries. Trent is already the author of the Pecan Bayou Mystery Series, also set in Texas.

Great news. I already follow both Lynn Cahoon and Carlene O’Connor (have 2 books on my wish list waiting for publication) so will definitely watch for these as well.

I’m a big Julia Buckley fan, but didn’t know she’d written more than the Writer’s Apprentice and Hungarian Tea mysteries. Thank you! Your site is a recent and very lucky find.

Recently read A DARK AND STORMY MURDER: Promising series start, especially if you like/don’t mind some “Romance” conventions (I’m of the send-’em-back-to-the Brontes–or at least S.W. Albert & C. Haines, taste, but…). Good stuff, heart and depth, beautiful location, and a subtle sense of mystery that isn’t of supernatural woo-woo or criminal/”dark side” hints. A place where you’d like to have a stay.
Just finished SANTA CRUISE by Mary & Carol Higgins Clark (again, after a number of times). MHC’s only series characters, the adorable couple of laborers who won $40M in the lottery, Alvirah and Willie Meehan, and CHC’s Reillys, both generations, from her best-beach-reads-ever detective series: They’re on a free shakedown cruise of a refitted ship that’s supposed to be a charitable dream, but turns dangerously farcical when hiding-out crooks collide. It’s a pure delight from start to finish; recommended most highly!

I miss them both!
