Here is the list of new releases for November 19 to November 25!
NOTE: Somehow this missed getting posted… This is not the first time this has happened in the last few months… the scheduler for WordPress really seems to be messing up a bit more lately… very annoying!
As an aside, I’ve recently done a big update on the Soon to be Released Mysteries page. I do this quietly all the time but this was a particularly big update. You may want to check it out if you haven’t for a while!
Rita Mae Brown: Homeward Hound (This will be the 11th in the Sister Jane Mystery Series.) (This is a Christmas themed mystery.)
Lesley Cookman: Murder and the Pantomime Cat (This will be a short story in the Libby Sarjeant Mystery Series.)
Susan Hill: The Comforts of Home (This will be the 9th in the Simon Serrailler Mystery Series.)

Loved Homeward Hound. Like the observations the animals make about their humans.

Mary Ann, thanks for letting us know how good Homeward Hound is!

Well…here we go AGAIN! I’ve been avoiding the Sister Jane series, but I think I’ll have to put it on the list. It will have to wait, though, I only have 6 of the Mrs. Murphy books, and I want to catch up on that series before starting this one.
LOL, I tend to find a series late, go nuts ordering the whole thing, and just reading it straight through. I like the continuity of that. OFF to check the big update!

Bek, years ago I did a “binge reading” of both the Agatha Raisin and the Hamish Macbeth series. I’m not sure it worked out for the best, though. I got a little tired of Agatha’s antics. I found out that I’m not good when reading a series without taking breaks from the characters… However, I wish I could!

There area as many “reading styles” as there are readers, aren’t there? GO BE WITH YOUR FAMILY! Happy Thanksgiving!

Thank you so much for all the hard work I know this must entail. I was so happy to see another Emily Brightwell book is coming down the pike. As a dedicated cozy reader, my favorite (next to the greatest of all time Agatha Cristie), is the Mrs. Jeffries series. Was worried Ms. Brightwell had retired.

Lydia, you’re welcome! And I’m always glad to be able to give good news about continuing series.
