Not too bad. Two on pre-order and a few I will buy when I catch up with the series. Catch-up might take a while since I bought 20 used books yesterday, though one of them was in another Cheryl Hollon series.
A couple of these series I have received free e-books on and suspect they will become regulars on my buy list, specifically Abigail Keam and Kirsten Weiss.

Susy, that sounds like a good haul! I hope you enjoy what you picked up, as well as what you find from this week.

I am reading a cozy from each state in the Union. Having a hard time finding one set in Alaska. There is an abundance from states like Florida and Massachusetts. Any help with Alaska will be appreciated.

Dottie, well, as it happens, I have theme lists for most of the States at this point – here’s the Alaska one: Mystery Books that Take Place in Alaska. I’m sure you can find something suitable there – as you say, it isn’t the most populated state in terms of Cozies, but hopefully something will catch your interest.

Thank you! My problem is compounded by the fact I never want to read another serial killer book, or one by an author that I have read before. A few of the authors on the list I have read but there are several I haven’t.
Thank you again, this is wonderful. Dottie

Dottie—I just started the Alaskan Diner series by Elizabeth Logan. I have enjoyed it so far.

Great list! Nancy Bush’s book is part of the River Glen series but I don’t think you need to read the first book to appreciate the new one. The first one scared the dickens out of me but I think it’s because my granddaughter is starting to babysit. Love your newsletters!

Kim, I’ll have to crrect that – thanks!

I just got the Carlisle in the mail and am about half way through. So good- as usual!

DaShannon, thanks for the recommendation!

I pre-ordered, but I don’t have Prime, plus I live near a small town instead of the city, so mine won’t come for a few more days. That is the biggest drawback to living out here, though I do love the quiet and watching the critters.
