I really enjoy James Patterson’s Book Shots. They are easy to read,fast paced and can indeed be finished in a few hours. Great for bathroom reading,on a nightstand or while waiting for dinner to cook. They can be devoured all at once or picked up and put down to be continued later. I read these when I cannot devote the time I would like to my main book I am reading,or in between books when I am not sure which book to read next.

Scotti, I love Patterson’s Book Shots idea. I haven’t read any, but I sometimes get a little tired of every book I read having to have the prerequisite 300 pages!
