Looks like a good week. Three for me, all on pre-order.

Susy, for whatever reason, it does seem like the first and last weeks of many months are particularly strong.

Wining and Dying, a new book in Daryl Wood Gerber’s Cookbook Nook Series, is being released on 4/27/21. The last few books in this series have not come from the original publisher and there does not seem to be much advance publicity.

Janice, thanks for the update – there have been a lot of changes like this lately, so I appreciate any corrections reader can provide.

So true. I make my own list each year of books by my favorites that are coming out and I not only have to update it quarterly now, but I also have to double check dates before pre-ordering. All very frustrating, but I hope once we are past most of the pandemic, most of it will smooth out again.
I do think some will be a permanent change as authors are finding that their traditional publishers are not really needed anymore and will do more via small publishers or indie groups.

Eve Calder’s A TALE OF TWO COOKIES and Kate Young’s SOUTHERN SASS AND A BATTERED BRIDE are due out on the 27th. I have them ordered at my friendly neighborhood bookstore. According to Amazon, they are still scheduled to go on this date. I have to check frequently because these release dates change on me!

Robin – thanks – the rapid changes lately on release dates have made these sort of posts quite difficult, so I appreciate any corrections.
