  2. Love how you’re highlighting states … great! Try Minnesota! Lots of winter, lots of writing up there. Ha! Texas has a few as well (where we are now) ….. Isn’t it fun finding out where our fav authors are from and what hobbies, circumstancs, etc., motivate them to write as they do? Thank you again!!!

  4. Kathleen Taylor has the Tory Baurer series which takes place in South Dakota. The titles may not sound like cozies since the first is Sex and Samonella but they truly are. Six books in the series.

  5. I am looking for a series which featured the female owner of a laundromat who was “hired” by victims of abuse who wanted revenge on their abusers. They were set in a small town and the main character had “a thing” for the local sheriff/deputy. I can’t seem to remember the author’s name so I can continue reading the series. Does anyone know anything about this series? Thank you, Fran

      • I’m not sure these books took place in Mississippi, but there were at least the three which I read. I seem to remember mobile homes (trailor park) in at least one of the books. And, the laudromat might have been in the middle of town. Thanks to all of you for helping me find these books again. Fran
