I just went on the PBS television station website and found these dates for the following Masterpiece Mystery! television shows. Mark your calendars! BUT, I would also suggest that you search your local television stations to see if they are going to follow this schedule, or not. I know that in the past, my local San Antonio station has done their solicitation shows during the national line-up times.

I was searching Google for a list of Robert Barnard mysteries to add to my lists of mystery authors to read and I found you! I’m so excited! Cozies are my favorite genre. Your website is awesome! Thank you.

Foyle’s War sounds really interesting! Is this a series you can jump into or should I start from the beginning?
Danna - cozy mystery list says
Carly,
I personally think that it’s best to start at the beginning of the series, since it shows how Foyle got his job during the war, and introduces all of the characters, explaining how/why they got their respective jobs. (Also, I think that the first few seasons were more interesting, although that’s just my opinion. There are probably many who would disagree with me…)

Ok thanks! I placed a hold on the first show at our library. Can’t wait to check it out!

The 2010 MASTERPIECE MYSTERY’S production of MURDER ON THE ORIENT EXPRESS is the finest Agatha Christie vehicle in the history of television. It’s just as good as the 1974 movie which is impossible to achieve with zero budget. Super lighting, casting and direction and Suchet’s finest performance. There have been few masterpieces in recent years. This is one.
