(In a nod to classic Cozies, Miss Marple is not only a character in some of the bookstore’s shelves, she’s also the name of Tricia’s cat.) And, as L.L. Martine, I thought that was really interesting, also. Also, I enjoyed hearing about how she was able to let Dark Waters sort of just flow out of her. To be able to just sit down and let a book sort of dictate itself must by a real gift.

Funny the things we cozy writers have in common LOL! In my current Work in Progress, here in No. 4 of the series a sort of minor character comes out and has a lot of adventures and action, I’m enjoying writing it as much as the character is ‘living’ it LOL.

What’s really cool (at least for me) is that all the Jeff Resnick books are set in the Buffalo, NY area, where I live. It is always startling to read names of streets and towns that you can visualize exactly where the characters are located – like Bartlett GPS!
