I want seven of these. I have the Kate Carlisle on order, but I think I will pass the rest of the list out as my Christmas wish list.
I have already bought so many books this year that I had to buy bookcases as wel.
Danna - cozy mystery list says
Susy, that sounds like a good start for a Christmas list! It’ll definitely give you a good way to spend the rest of the holidays.

Thanks for letting us know about upcoming book releases. I just pre ordered Absence of Alice by Sherry Harris. I always look forward to the Sarah Winston Garage Sale Mysteries.
Danna - cozy mystery list says
KG, you’re very welcome!

I just finished reading an ARC of Cold Wind by Paige Shelton and really enjoyed it. I would suggest, however, that you read the first book in the series first that establishes all the characters.
Danna - cozy mystery list says
Pam, thanks for the recommendation!
Kathie Deviny says
My third cozy set in Seattle Weill be released by Camel Press on December 8. Death on Sacred Ground. You have the first two listed under clerical protagonists. Thanks!

Kathie, thanks for the update! I’ve added your upcoming release to the upcoming releases page, this post, and your author entry.

I so enjoy your web site, be safe.

Susan, you be safe as well!

I enjoy the Tea Garden series by Karen Rose Smith. But I was surprised to see it listed as only available on kindle at Amazon. Yet you can order it in paperback from B&N. Since it’s published by Kensington you can also order it from their site. I don’t understand the discrepancy.
I’m glad it’s available in paperback, though, since I don’t read books electronically.
Danna - cozy mystery list says
MJ, it’s possible that the paperback just isn’t listed yet on Amazon, since it isn’t out yet – that’s the only guess I can make, since the others in the series all seem to be available in paperback from Amazon.
Susy S says
Just checked her website and it only shows B & N. I really hate these exclusives because it feels like the reader is being held hostage by a bookseller.
Susy S says
I have found recently that there have been some ‘B & N Exclusives’. I hate that as they have changed so many policies that I no longer will buy from them.
I am glad to hear that I may be able to order it from the publisher.
I may also try my favorite Indie book store and see if they can get it (got to keep them in business).
Janice G says
When I ordered this book several months ago on Amazon, it was listed as being available in paperback. I checked today and found as you did that it is no longer listed in paperback. I haven’t got a notice yet from Amazon about a change in my order.
Lee Ann says
It is available in paperback on Amazon. You just need to go to different formats to find it. The link is for kindle frist. Hope this helps
Danna - cozy mystery list says
Lee, when I check the other formats, all of the paperback formats forward me to a page for the second book in the series, “Murder with Cinnamon Scones”, for whatever reason.
MJ says
Just a question, Danna
I didn’t see ‘Game of Cones’ by Cynthia Baxter listed in the November new releases. Nor is it posted on her page at this site. It’s release date is 11/24/20.
I’m posting it here because I missed it on the November site.
Danna - cozy mystery list says
MJ, thanks for pointing that one out to me – it’s entirely evaded my notice for whatever reason. I’ve added it to the appropriate pages.
