This is the first time I have clicked from my email and it won’t be the last. As I was scrolling down the book covers; I saw one of my favorite authors. Our local library has it listed and I was able to put it “on hold”. I will be the first one to read it!!
Danna - cozy mystery list says
Ginny, exactly! I hope you enjoy that mystery!
Cathy Ace says
Thanks for this great shout-out! It always gives me such a thrill to see my cover art displayed with others by authors whose work I admire so much 🙂
Danna - cozy mystery list says
Cathy, I appreciate you taking time from writing your mysteries to come over and take a look. Thank you!
Elizabeth says
Ms Ace…you will be a new author read for me! Thanks to your comment, I checked your series out at the B&an website and have started with book one in this series. I look forward to reading more of your books.
Victoria says
This is a seriously cool list…I’m excited to see so many of my favorite authors on it with upcoming releases. Way too many to name. Plus, a great place to find authors and series that I haven’t read, but I am flagging as must reads.
I’m particularly thrilled to see that Ann B. Ross is releasing another Miss Julia book. Been waiting and watching for this….Love, Love, Love Miss Julie. Brilliant series…a real comfort read for me.
But overall though, so many top notch cozy mystery series to choose from. Something for everyone. Best genre ever !!
Danna - cozy mystery list says
Victoria, I agree about the genre! I’m totally immersed…
Sharon B says
The Cozy Mysteries are some of the best books I have ever read.
Danna - cozy mystery list says
Sharon B, when I started this site over ten years ago, I felt the same way about Cozy Mysteries as you do AND I haven’t changed my mind about them!
David says
I really look forward to these entries spanning the entire mystery realm. The entire genre makes each “reading day” special!
Danna - cozy mystery list says
David, I’m so glad you enjoy the monthly mystery book releases. And, it’s good to know you enjoy the Cozy genre so much. You certainly came to the right place for that!
Linda says
For 29 years, I was a school librarian and read mostly children’s books. I didn’t really think I was a mystery lover. Last summer, however, I started reading a Laura Child’s series and I was hooked. I must confess it has not been great for my housekeeping but as soon as I finish one series I have to find another. Thanks for a site that can point me to some possible new reads.
Danna - cozy mystery list says
Linda, I know this cycle! There never seems to be enough time to read Cozies, which then leaves too little time for housekeeping. (I listen to books on tape in those rare moments of guilt induced housekeeping…) (I’m glad you’re enjoying the site.)
