I am going to try to add the mystery authors who you all have recommended as belonging on the Cozy Mystery site at a more timely pace. Having said that, here are the four newest authors to the site:
Virginia Brown writes the Dixie Divas Mystery Series which follows twelve (middle-aged) “Dixie Divas” in Mississippi.
Joelle Charbonneau writes the Rebecca Robbins Mystery Series which features a sleuth who returns to her hometown in Illinois to try to get rid of the roller skating rink she inherited.
Lesley Cookman‘s Libby Sarjeant Mystery Series is a British mystery series which features an actress/sleuth.
Lila Dare an ex-Air Force intelligence officer, writes the Southern Beauty Shop Mystery Series, which takes place in Georgia. The series features a mother and daughter who are hairdressers, who sleuth with the help of a few of their friends.

As a fellow member of Do Some Damage, I had never read a cozy before. I picked up her Skating Around the Law book back when I met her at Houston’s Murder by the Book…and am thoroughly enjoying it. I’ll be reviewing it later this month at my blog, but I can already recommend it. And this from a first-time cozy reader.

I ran across your site from a genealogy search that I have emailed to me weekly. It’s fabulous!
I was surprized though not to find Lynn Kurland on there, or maybe I just missed it. She even includes a pedigree chart at the beginning of her books.

I think that Virginia Brown is best known for her romance novels, of which she has written around 50… since the early 1980s. Sorry, but I don’t know her middle name…
