John says
I watched Gaslight with my brother when I was probably about 16 years old, and it literally haunted me for years. It is such a well-made movie, and Ingrid Bergman’s performance is nothing short of brilliant!
Danna - cozy mystery list says
John, I re-watched Gaslight last year, and it truly is one of the best. Bergman is really “nothing short of brilliant” and Charles Boyer is absolutely demonic, which I was pleased to see! Joseph Cotten and Angela Lansbury, well, all of them are terrific!
Donna Mc says
Thanks for posting, Danna. There are plenty of mysteries to keep me glued to the TV in March, but when will I find time to read any cozy mysteries? Tough choices ahead. 🙂
Danna - cozy mystery list says

I’m just catching up on the comments for your post, Authors with Two or More Sleuths – and wondering how they manage to write so many great books! Maybe a subject for one of your future posts? 🙂

Helen Mirren was amazing in The Queen. Hope you’re all watching Grantchester on PBS, this is the one time when I think the TV series is as good as the books.

Thanks for posting all the movies in March! Can’t wait to catch a few of these…even if I’ve seen some, I like watching them again!
