There are a lot of November releases on my to-buy list…”A Murder Yule Regret”, “Murder at the Lobster Shack”, “Marriage Can Be Mischief”, “Claret and Present Danger”, and “Death on the Shelf” (which is one of the current Mystery Guild featured selections…always a good deal on hardcover new releases).
“Killer Research” is on my to-buy list too, but this is one of the series that I wait for until the paperbacks come out.
There are a couple of other releases from site authors that both have November 30th release dates (according to Amazon):
“Big Trouble in Little Greektown”, the 3rd release in the Goddess of Greene St. Mystery Series by Kate Collins
“Bear a Wee Grudge”, the 5th release in the Teddy Bear Mystery Series by Meg Macy

Melanie, it sounds like November will be a good month for you in terms of mysteries!

I have four of these on pre-order, Killer Research, A Murder Yule Regret, Murder at the Lobstah Shack and Marriage Can Be Mischief.
I normally order my Jenn McKinlay books from a local indie bookseller, but they have been having problems getting the books when they first come out. I think the big guys are demanding first shipments and supplies might be a little harder to come by with the supply chain issues they are experiencing.
Danna - cozy mystery list says
Susy, that sounds like a good list to pick up!
Ann Kathryn Atkins says
ColoKat-I am “stuck” and havent found any “new” authors that I just really am hooked on. I have tons of books, 90% of them series in order. How Long is a good recommended “ReRead” time frame between last reading of a “finished” series and starting over? I finished all the Cat Who Books about 8 years ago-do you think the stories might be “refreshed” yet? I haven’t attempted this re-reading for at least 30 years because I felt that the storylines were still pretty fresh. But I’m “Over 60” now. Any readers got any time frames that work for them in re-reading a well loved series?
Many Thanks! Hoping for some help here Dear BookOPhiles

Hi Ann Kathryn,
I’m not sure what a good length of time is before re-reading. However another series with a charming cat is the Midnight Louie series. They have been out a while and might make an enjoyable re-read.
