I have to order the Maddie Day and Vicki Delany. The others can wait a little while.

Susy, prioritizing purchases is certainly a good way to handle a good list like this one.

I am just starting Juliet Blackwell’s 4th book in the Haunted Home Renovation Mystery series. Loving them all. Because my husband was a designer, and worked with renovation, I’m seeing how clever she is at understanding the construction industry. And then there’s the hauntings… wherever she goes… and of course a bit of love story. Great Cozy Mysteries! I’ve got 3 more on my shelf waiting for me to finish this one!

Janice G says
I preordered three of the books on the list and received them today. I noticed when ordering them that the Blackmoore and Day books cost a dollar more than usual. They arrived today and I was surprised to see that they are a new size – somewhere between regular paperbacks and trade paperbacks. Both were published by Kensington – I’m not sure if this is going to become standard – but they seem to be made of lighter weight paper. I’ll be interested to see if it makes any difference in the reading experience.
Danna - cozy mystery list says
Janice, that’s interesting to hear – sometimes slightly oversized paperbacks can be higher quality, but can also be a bit inconvenient for storing with regular paperbacks on a shelf.
Barb says
