I absolutely love the Noodle House mysteries by Vivian Chien. There is humor, a little romance and mystery all rolled up like a spring roll.
The family interactions are on point. Many second or third generation Americans (doesn’t matter what nationality either) can identify with the family dynamics, family members not speaking English and the expectations determined by the parents.

Paula, I definitely agree that it is a great example of a modern Cozy series – not only is it one of the many I have highlighted over the years, but it’s also definitely one of my favorites among those!
