Nothing for me this week, but next week is ‘a whole nother story’. I have three on pre-order for next week and six for next month. I would not be surprises to see a couple more pop-up for next month.

Susy, well, “better luck next week”, I would say, but it sounds like you’re already pretty sure it will be better!

I have pre-orders out through July already as well as the books I HOPE to buy in person at my favorite indie bookstore.
Honestly, I could not purchase another book for a couple of years and not run out of unread books. I don’t NEED to buy anymore books, but I have a hubby who is also a reader, so we kind of feed each others addition. He has given me $200 each for Christmas, Valentines and my birthday with our anniversary coming up in a couple of weeks. As we have gotten older and retired, there is little we need or want, so books become the default gifts for both of us.

I have read two really good Cozy Mysteries that kept me guessing “who dun it” all the way to the end. I highly recommend The Tainted Teacup and then Eggs Hide Homicide by Michelle Busby. Be sure to read them in order since you’ll need to know the beginnings of Watson and Holmes’ friendship and crime fighting prowess. Looking forward to her next book.
