If you have visited the What’s New Page very recently on the Cozy Mystery Site, then you know that I just added three new authors to the site. I have not yet read any of the three authors, but hopefully I will soon be able to remedy that… And, if you are familiar to the site, then you probably already know that I get my new authors from site readers who think that the authors belong on the Cozy Mystery Site.
Linda Berry: The Trudy Roundtree Mystery Series takes place in a small town in Georgia and features the only woman on an all-male police squad.
Patricia Guiver: The Pet Detective Mystery Series involves a sleuth who gets help from her very loyal side-kick (Watson) a Doberman Pinscher.
Kasey Michaels: Kacey Michaels is a New York Times and USA Today bestselling author and writes the Maggie Kelly Mystery Series.
Again, a big thanks to all of you who have recommended authors who you really enjoy reading, and who you want other cozy mystery readers to be able to enjoy.

I submitted you for the Lemonade Award. You always give me such good ideas to add to Mt Git’r’Read.

Thank you, Vickie! Now I’m going to have to do some thinking before I pass it on! There’s nothing like adding new authors to read to our already long lists of authors, is there?

Hi Danna,
First of all I must say thank you sooo much for this site. As a cozy lover that lives in the UK. I find it really interesting and helpful and drive my poor husband mad, trying to help me find them here….All your hard work is truly appreciated
I just wanted to let you know about a book I managed to find called Death in Daytime – A soap opera mystery. It was written by Eileen Davidson (Young and the Restless fame).
She only has a two book deal with Penguin at the moment (Dial Emmy for Murder is due for release later on this year – June, I think) and I really do hope that this is extended as I really enjoyed this book very much.
I wanted to share this with other cozy lovers (although you probably have already heard of, if not read it yet :)) Well worth the read in my opinion.
Cozies seem to get harder and harder to find in the UK, so whenever my husband or I find one, I am like a little kid in a candy store 🙂

Hi Simone,
I’m glad you found the site, and I’m also happy to know that it is proving to be helpful for you.
Thanks for letting us know about Eileen Davidson… I just added her to my list of authors to add to the site. From what you say, it sounds like she will be a great addition to the site.
Thank you for writing and letting me know about Eileen Davidson, and thanks for your very nice comment >>> It made me smile!

Thanks for including me on your web-site. Could I put a link to your site on my website?

That would be great, Joanne!

Thank you for hosting this site. Its a frequently used bookmark on my computer. I listen to audiobooks like other people listen to the radio. I listen while I drive, or garden, do household repairs, and if I’m doing something mindnumbingly repetitive at work, I’ll listen then too. But you can run through authors really fast that way. If an author has written 30 books, only 15 of them may be available as audio. So I’m always looking for new authors. Thanks again!

Welcome to the site, Valerie! I have belonged to audible.com since 2000, and have gone through many, many authors books. When we first became members, they had a lot more male authors with NON cozy books. I am glad to see them adding more and more Cozy Mystery authors to their library.
Just this morning, while mowing our yard, I listened to my audio book. I know what you are saying about “mindnumbingly repetitive work.”
