Happy Mother’s Day to all of you mothers out there!
I know I have talked about my son living here in San Antonio and our daughter living in Washington, D.C. I’m a first-time grandmother of the most terrific two month old (and I’m very un-biased in saying that!) – and due to this awful Coronavirus, my husband and I haven’t been able to hold our favorite grandbaby… let alone be in the same city as she is. I am so thankful that we live in a day where we can still be in contact by phone or by the visual technology that is available today!

And a very happy Mother’s Day to you, Danna, as well as our other members who are mothers…whether their “kids” have two legs or four!
I’ve already had a long talk with one of my boys, and the other will call later on. My fur-baby, of course, has offered me extra purrs and snuggles. My own mother, I’m sure, is looking on from her Next Great Adventure and sending as much love to me as I am to her.
