I’ve added four more new authors to the site! As is often the case, these were some of the most recommended Cozy mystery authors suggested by site readers.
Tamara Berry has a B.A. in English Literature from Eastern Washington University, and in addition to being an author, is a freelance copywriter/editor. She is the author of the Eleanor Wilde Mystery Series and the By the Book Mystery Series. She also writes romance novels under the name Tamara Morgan.
Lucy Connelly‘s hobby is travelling, usually with her dog. She enjoys people watching, and her mystery series is the Scottish Isle Mystery Series.
Kate Lansing Lansing lives in Denver, Colorado, with her husband, daughter, and cat Maple. Her mystery series is the Colorado Wine Mystery Series.
M. L. Longworth has written for multiple newspapers and magazines, including The Washington Post, The Times (of London), The Independent, and Bon Appetit magazine. She lives in France, splitting time between Aix-en-Provence, and Paris, where she teaches writing at New York University’s Paris campus. Her mystery series is the Provencal Mystery Series.

I recommend Karin Kaufman for your list. Have recently finished Death of a Dead Man and loved it. She has several more books in the series that I have ordered.

Joyce, thanks for the recommendation! I have a lot of authors to add to the list, so I’ll have to check Karin Kaufman out at some point.

Thank you ! I don’t know what I’d do without your Cozy information!

B, you’re very welcome!

The Provençal Mystery series has been one of my favorites. So happy that you are including it!

Linda, I’m glad to be adding an author that site readers have already enjoyed!
Mrs. Ainee C. Beland says
Hello, I have not read M. L. Longworth and I did write some of her titles in my to-be-read or viewed list that is forever growing and too long. I am a book-a-holic and plan to attend yet another book sale at one of the nearby libraries this weekend, we attended one in our town last weekend and walked away with some very fine books and DVDs.

On another note; I did finish reading Vicki Delany’s latest book: The Sign of Four Spirits and it was a wonderful reading for me; I thoroughly enjoyed it. I think that the title should be: Death at a Séance yet the title works out just fine and there were some four spirits summoned by the late medium. I highly recommend this book. That is all and thank you for sharing.

Ainee, thanks for the recommendation! I hope you enjoy M. L. Longworth if you pick her books up.

Hi, I’m wondering if you have considered adding Charlotte Moore to your authors. She has written 3 series that I can find. The best is the Hunter Jones (young journalist marries sheriff) & Kate & Kylie mysteries. I recommend both.
Danna - cozy mystery list says
Treva, I have a very long list, but I will check her out at some point!
Georgia says
Danna,
Great additions to your site. I particularly enjoyed Lucy Connelly’s first two Scottish Isle books and look forward to the 3rd. Her description of the Scottish setting make you think you are in Sea Isle. According to my public library catalog, she also wrote a paranormal fiction series Charmed and Dangerous as Candace Havens.
Tamara Berry’s By the Book series is wonderful.
BTW, the description of the series seems to be for a different series–it mentions Georgia and Peach Cove Island!

Georgia, yes – I have made exceptions in the past, but at this point I do try to exclude non-mysteries when I add site authors.
Thank you for pointing the description error out – I copy the template from the last set of author pages I create, and it looks like I didn’t save the last revision I made.
