You helped me figure it out! Another reason I like cozy mysteries, is for their covers! I have been telling my coworkers that a good majority of new books coming in to the library have similar covers, but cozies have unique covers that pertain to the story! They are so much fun just to look at sometimes. Thank you!

Betcei, you’re welcome! I know a lot of people like to see the covers before they pick out a book, especially with fewer physical bookstores around these days.

Agent to the Paws? OH COME ON! You just knew I’d have to try this series! This is getting absurd. Possibly obscene, which is something NEVER thought of in relationship with cozies, but…I now have just shy of 1200 books on my “to read” list, all but about 50 or so of those are cozies, and MOST of the cozies I found out about here.
Keep it up. This is one vice I don’t mind sinking into ONE LITTLE BIT!

Bek, I’m glad as always to add to your ever increasing reading “workload”!

So excited to see a Christmas-themed Darling Dahlias cozy! That’s my favorite cozy series…

Amy, I’m glad to give you good news then!

I am really looking forward to the new Diane Kelly. She ended the IRS series, which I really enjoyed, and I liked that the ending was both happy and explained what happened in the next few years.
I am looking forward to whatever her next series may be, but I sure don’t want her to end the Paw Enforcement series. Bridget is just too funny and she gives a perspective to these stories that no one else does.

Susy, I’ve always wished more series that end did so with a bit of an epilogue! It’s nice to have a good idea what your sleuth does after they “ride off into the sunset”.

Have you read Spencer Quinn’s novels about his dog Bernie who narrates the novels? They’re hilarious and really well written. Quinn’s name is actually Peter Abraham. He’s written several of the Bernie novels and a few others. I wish he’d write more!

Rickee, why yes, I have read Spencer Quinn’s Bernie novels! I’ve actually written about them, in fact: Spencer Quinn’s Chet and Bernie Mystery Series
