Yay! So glad to see a Laurie R. King Mary Russell book is coming soon. I’ll be purchasing the audiobook so I get not only great writing but also great narration by Jenny Sterlin.
Did you know Google Play Store now offers audiobooks? The prices are reasonable so I’ve purchased a few. As far as I can tell, currently you have to listen to them online unless you’re using a mobile device–in which case the audiobook is downloaded automatically to your device.

Marie, I’m glad that you’ve got a book or two to look forward to! I don’t listen to audio books as much as I used to – and I get most of mine through Audible, which I joined ages ago when it cost quite a bit less for a subscription. It’s good to know there are other reasonable audio book options available nowadays!

DARN, darn, darn. Three of the eight titles are on my must buy now list and at least one is a title I will want soon. I am trying to downsize my to be read shelves so that moving isn’t such a challenge. I guess I should just give up and figure out a way to turn boxes into book shelves so I can box them up now but consolidate when it is time to put them on a truck.
Maybe I can schedule out my reading to facilitate moving efficiency.

Oh YES!! I just finished Death in the Stacks by Jenn Mckinlay, this is great- I look forward to that one!! I am currently reading I Know What You Bid Last Summer by Sherry Harris!!

Sheila Connolly’s new Victorian Village Mystery series looks interesting.
I’m looking forward to the release of “A Dark and Twisting Path”. I’m currently reading the first book in Julia Buckley’s Writer’s Apprentice Mystery series, ” A Dark and Stormy Murder”. I’m about 3/4 through, and I love it! “Death in Dark Blue” is next in line on my TBR list.
“Till Death Do Us Tart”, “The Walking Bread”, “Killer Green Tomatoes”, and “Hitting the Books” are also on my wish list.

Hoping you can help me with this problem. I was reading Sofie Ryan’s entertaining book “”The Whole Cat and Caboodle” when I got to page 88, the next page had jumped to 201! I scanned through the whole paperback and couldn’t find the missing pages. I have tried to contact Penguin.com with no avail. I ordered the remaining books in the series from Amazon..but waiting to read these MISSING pages!
