I AM so very behind on both Sofie Kelly’s “Magical Cats Mystery Series,” AND Carol J. Perry’s “Witch City Mysteries!”

Therarotman, don’t get me started about my TBR list!
Bek says
LOL, mine is currently up around 1460 books…I have to live forever to read them all.

Bek – I am currently at about 1170 print books and well over 1000 e-books. Like you I will need to live forever – or at least 4 years if I can read one a day. At my current rate, if I don’t buy any more, I am at about 7-8 years.
It is a sickness! It must be, because I just can’t help myself. It is also in the DNA. My sister and one brother have it as well, though at different degrees.

I LOVE IT!
So many bibliophiles and so many Cozy Mystery lovers!
Thetarotman says
WOW!! And I thought I had a lot at around 150.
Boy, was I wrong!!
Be says
Well, I’m both retired and disabled, and there’s precious little worth watching on TV, so I read A LOT! That said, I’ve always been a voracious reader. I’ve been known to have 3 books going at once…one in the living room, one in my bedroom, and one in the bath room for soak-and-relax time.
thetarotman says
I think I need to make reading three books at one time a new goal.
I usually read between five and ten books, at one time, primarily Metaphysical Studies and Cozy Mysteries, which is why bookmarks have become some of my closest friends.
Speaking of which, I LOVE the i-clips series of magnetic bookmarks. I used to use the ones that were metal and had tassels, but they would slip out of the books too easily.
I tried reading a book in the bath, one time, when I was younger, and the book was soaked. Which that is why it was the last time I read a book while soaking in the bathtub, but I digress.
Bek says
Oh…well…if we’re talking metaphysical studies, 5-10 sounds about right. After all, you’re generally going back and forth, comparing and corrolating, after all. I can see that, easily…in fact, I’ve done it on occasion, and occasion, and occasion.
Bek says
OH GOOD! I have the Perry and the Kelly on my list now, and am thinking about adding the Goldstein series, as well!
Susy S says
The Coco, Delany and Kelly books are already on my list as well. Two or three others look really interesting, but I must not go there (see above comment).
Bek says
I think it is in my DNA, as well. Growing up, I rarely saw my parents without a book in their hands in the evening house. I was an only child, no kids lived nearby, so books became my best friends.
I really should have studied library science, and become a librarian.
