As some of you who have been with me for a while know, Edie Claire is one of my very favorite Cozy Mystery authors. Way back in 1999, Never Buried (FREE in Kindle format) was the first of her Leigh Koslow mysteries to be released. Once I read it, I was hooked!
I am not caught up with many of my favorite Cozy Mystery series; but this one, I am! I preordered tomorrow’s release, Never Steal a Cockatiel, and plan to start reading it tomorrow. That’s how much I love Edie Claire’s Leigh Koslow Mystery Series! (This is the 9th book in the series.)
I found this new Cozy while I was updating my Soon to be Released Mysteries page, which I just finished doing this afternoon. You might want to go take a look at that page, some of your favorite Cozy Mystery authors may have Cozies that are going to be released. I found and posted several other Cozies that also look really good.

Pam B, my daughter doesn’t read a lot of Cozy Mysteries, but this is one that she does follow. I started the book this morning and immediately thought how nice it is to start a Cozy that is engagingly good. I really like Edie Claire’s Leigh Koslow mysteries!

Mary B, I totally agree with you about Edie Claire writing great Cozies. There are very few authors who I insist on staying up-to-date with their books, and she’s one of them!

Not sure where to post this but my favorite June cozy mysteries are krista Davis’ Diva series. THE DIVA RUNS OUT OF TYHME and THE DIVA TAKES THE CAKE. Are the first two books to which I listened. I loved the variety of characters, including Daisy the Hound Dawg and Moche the cat.

Wow, a quick thank you for the reminder of this author’s free Kindle book. It has been awhile since I used my Kindle, maybe a year or more. I dusted it off, turned it on a 3 AM during one of those insomnia periods, and bam, there it was, a new book. I am always amazed at the marvels of the Internet. Imagine the surprise of our ancestors to learn that we could have a book delivered, in the middle of the night, with just a touch of a finger on a pad.
