Susy S says
August is a book budget killer. I already have 8 on pre-order and two reserved at a local indie bookstore that is having their first signings since the start of the pandemic. I did add two that were not on my list.
The Vivien Chien is not due out until January 25, per Amazon….
Danna - cozy mystery list says
Susy, yes, it does look like that one has changed! Thanks, I’ve updated it.
Janice G says
Vivien Chien’s book is now listed on Amazon as being released on 1/25/22. I was going to order it a few months ago then saw the change in date.
Danna - cozy mystery list says
Janice, thanks! I’ll have to move that one.

FYI:
I was just checking to see if Kate Collins has written any new books. I saw that she has a new story related to the flower shop series. Although I read the release date was to be 8/26, it appears to be available now for $.99 on Kindle only.
It’s “The Jillian Knight Osborne Fashionista Diaries: A Flower Shop Mystery Short Story”. Evidently the focus is on Jillian Osborne, Abby Knight’s cousin.
Danna - cozy mystery list says
MJ, thanks! I’ll have to add that one to her page.
Deneise S says
I was just wondering if you knew the reason why there has been a change in the size of a mass market paperbacks. I don’t mind the increase in price but it just seems strange. I read and buy mass market size and a number of books are being published in this new size and trade size. If this is the wrong place to ask this question, please delete. I love that you keep us up-to-date on what is new. Thank you
Danna - cozy mystery list says
Deneise, I’m afraid I don’t know – to be honest, I don’t get so many physical books these days, as I get much more use out of my Kindle.
Susy says
I know some people like them, but I hate them. My shelves for MM paperbacks are pretty close together and the new size doesn’t quite fit. I am going to lose shelf space because I have to add space between the shelves that previously wasn’t needed.
Sue says
Good Afternoon…will there be any more Southern Ladies mysteries by Miranda James published? Would love to see that series continue!
Danna - cozy mystery list says
Sue, well, there’s no way of being sure, but I haven’t heard anything about this series since the last book was released.
