What a thrill it is to interview a best selling Cozy Mystery author! I so appreciate the time each of them has given me while responding to my questions. I feel like a school girl who is absolutely gushing with happiness! So, without further ado, here are my interviews of some very famous Cozy Mystery authors!

Susan Wittig Albert

I am sure most of you know that she is the author of the China Bayles Herbal Mystery Series, the Cottage Tales of Beatrix Potter Series, the Darling Dahlias Mystery Series, and that she and Bill Albert (her husband) write the Kate Ardleigh Sheridan & Sir Charles Sheridan Victorian Mystery Series using the pseudonym Robin Paige. (Albert has been recommended many months in our Cozy Mystery recommendation lists.)

Donald Bain

Donald Bain writes one of the most popular Cozy Mystery series of our times, and is in fact the voice of the iconic Jessica Fletcher. When I wrote my definition “What Makes a Cozy Just That?” back in 2006 I used Jessica Fletcher as the primary example of exactly who a Cozy Mystery sleuth is. Lorraine Bartlett/Lorna Barrett/ L.L. Bartlett

As Lorraine Bartlett she writes the Victoria Square Mystery Series (as well as the adventure-fantasy Tales of Telenia), as Lorna Barrett she writes the Booktown Mystery Series, and as L.L. Barrett she writes the Jeff Resnick Mystery Series. Bartlett/Barrett is another of our frequently recommended Cozy Mystery authors.

And here’s yet another best selling author: Laura Childs. She writes three best selling Cozy Mystery Series: the Tea Shop Mystery Series, the Scrapbooking Mystery Series, and the Cackleberry Club Mystery Series. Kate Collins

I recently started thinking that it might be fun to interview authors of Cozy Mysteries. I have started with the very popular Kate Collins, of the Flower Shop Mystery Series fame.
