Penny Warner writes the Connor Westphal Mystery Series which features a California newspaper publisher. Warner also wrote The Official Nancy Drew Handbook. Warner won the Agatha and Anthony Awards for Best Juvenile Mystery for Mystery of the Haunted Caves.
My last entry got me thinking about mystery books that can be considered “Classics.” Over the years, I have jotted down names of authors who might just be considered the great classic mystery book authors.
