Susy S says
Three for me this week and since I have been anxiously awaiting all three, there can be no waiting. I should finish the new Diane Kelly tonight or tomorrow and I can’t wait to start one of these. Making up my mind which to read first might be tough, but I will certainly have all three read by the end of next week, if not this week.
Sometimes reading quickly is a gift and sometimes a curse. I go through books quickly, but it makes the wait for the next book in a series extra long.
Happy reading everyone.
Danna - cozy mystery list says
Susy, it does certainly look like a good week! And happy reading to you too.
Bek says
OOOOOH!!! “Not a Creature Was Purring” is now on the list! And I may just HAVE to look into the Abracadabra series!!!
Just an interesting factoid…”Abracadabra” probably originates from the
Aramaic ‘avra kadavra’, meaning ‘it will be created in my words’.
Danna - cozy mystery list says
Bek, thanks for the trivia!
Kimberley says
An embarrassment of riches! Thanks!!
Danna - cozy mystery list says
Kimberley, yes, there sure are a lot of great looking Cozies this week!
Amy says
Quick question – I’ve not read any of the Krista Davis series. Do I need to read the previous books in order for the Christmas book to make sense?
Danna - cozy mystery list says
Amy, I would probably recommend it. You would probably enjoy the book either way, but personally I almost always read series in order.
Susy says
Amy, I agree with Danna. You could read them out of order, but the back story really helps to understand what the town and characters are all about.
