How to find the list of books in other States?
Danna - cozy mystery list says
Beverly, I haven’t covered every state, but I have covered many of them! The ones I have done can be found on the Cozy Mysteries by Theme page.
Kimberley C. says
I would add to your list the works of D.A. Bartley. She writes the Abbish Taylor mysteries. They definitely aren’t cozies! However, they are extremely well written. I have found them fascinating to gain insight into the Mormon religion and life in Utah in general.
Danna - cozy mystery list says
Kimberley, I’ll have to check these out at some point! I likely won’t add it to this particular page, though, unless it’s Cozy… I try to keep these as Cozy as possible. I still appreciate the recommendation, though!
Susy S says
Annie Adams – The Arrangements series.
Danna - cozy mystery list says
Susy, I’ll have to add that one to the list of series to check out!
R says
Robert Irvine wrote a number of books in the Moroni Traveler series
Danna - cozy mystery list says
R, I’ll have to check that series out!
Jeffrey M Keenan says
Doesn’t seem like Utah is a popular writing location. But I guess I’ll have to check out some new writers! Thanks!
Danna - cozy mystery list says
Jeffrey, yes, I’m down to some of the less popular states, at least in terms of Cozy topics! I do still think there’s good material to be had, both in the list above and some of the comment recommendations on this page.
Jenny Andersen says
I have totally fallen in love with Rich Curtin’s Manny Rivera mysteries. He doesn’t market them as cozies, but there’s a certain ‘cozy’ feel to recurring characters and life in a small(ish) town. No cute, paranormal dogs or cats, but darned good reads.
Danna - cozy mystery list says
Jenny, I’ll have to check that series out, then! I’m always up for a good series, Cozy or not, and it might be Cozy enough to fit on this list. Thanks!
Paula Catherine says
Danna,
I hope you and your family are doing Ok and staying safe during this terrible weather you are experiencing.
Danna - cozy mystery list says
Paula, yes, it’s been quite a week! I’ll have a post up a bit later discussing that in a bit more detail, so I’ll leave it at that for the moment…
Katy L. says
I’ve enjoyed Paige Shelton’s Scottish Bookshop mysteries and have just ordered the first in her Dangerous Type series. Thanks for featuring it!
Danna - cozy mystery list says
Katy, you’re welcome! I’m glad you’re enjoying it.
Deneise says
I have read both of these series and throughly enjoyed them. I always wished there were more books in both series.
Danna - cozy mystery list says
Deneise, it’s always a shame when a favorite series are as short as these!
