Cozy Mystery (and Other Favorite) Books, Movies, and TV

I’m so glad to see this author, Sarah Stewart Taylor, re-emerge. I loved her prior series featuring a female college professor whose expertise was in funeral customs of the past. I had bought all the entries in that too short series and regularly looked for more of her well-written books with an intelligent protagonist who incorporated her expertise of death and funeral customs and artifacts in solving murders as a police consultant. It’s been a long wait ‘til this new series appeared! So I needed no samples from this newer series to decide whether more books by Sarah Stewart Taylor were “my kind of book/author. So I’m ordering the second and third Maggie D’Arcy books, I already have the first of this series, and excitedly look forward to reading all three entries as my summer reading!
