Alfred sent me a letter telling me about a special “marathon running” of Midsomer Murders on the PBS channel KQED. It starts June 1:
“Danna Just wanted to give you an early warning that the entire month of June starting June 1st Midsomer Murders will be on KQED plus from 8 to 10pm The first one they will be showing is Tainted Fruit, part one at 8pm and part 2 at 9. Just wanted to let you know so you can do some research on it.”
Thank you, Alfred! I did do some research, and found that Midsomer Murders will be airing on the PBS station KQED during the months of June and July of this year (2012).
Lucky you if you get this PBS channel in northern California! (Takes me back to when the A&E channel ran these types of shows!)

I love this series and have been catching up on them at the library. Thanks for the update I’ll look out for this on our PBS station – KERA.

That is fantastic news. I’ve been watching the whole series since it was taken off US TV five or so years ago – through Netflix. I’m glad it is again available here.

I LOVE Midsomer Murders.
I got hooked on them in 5 when I was pregnant with the Girl Womb Fruit.
Netflix has all the seasons and I’ve been getting reaquainted with the show from the very first episode. Glad to see that they are back on the television.

Just a heads up, netflix has a ridiculous number of episodes of this show available streaming. I started watching a few months ago, really love it!! I may never get through them all though! lol

Oops hit enter too fast. But some folks may find them not so “cozy”.

Thanks for passing this along. What a wonderful way to spend some summer nights cozying up to these shows.

I too love Midsummer Murders and have been getting reacquainted with them on Netflix? I am sorry to say that at least some of the episodes will be going away on 6/7.
