Pamela DuMond, Charles Finch, Cynthia Robinson, & Diane A. S. Stuckart: Four Additions to the Cozy Mystery Site…

January 19, 2011

I just added four authors to the Cozy Mystery site. I have not read any of the authors yet, but other Cozy Mystery site readers believe they belong on the site. Here are the four newest authors to the site:

Pamela DuMond writes the Annie Graceland Mystery Series. Annie is the owner of a very up-scale bakery who, when stressed, has psychic abilities…

Charles Finch writes the Charles Lenox Mystery Series. Finch was nominated for the 2007 Best First Novel Agatha Award, which is quite an accomplishment. His series is set in London during the 1860s…

Cynthia Robinson pens the Max Bravo Mystery Series. Max is an opera singer who is not as accomplished as he had hoped to be when he hit his 30s…

Diane A. S. Stuckart writes the Leonardo da Vinci Historical Mystery Series which, of course, is set in Italy during the late 1400s. Dino, the sleuth, is an apprentice of da Vinci’s…

I am going to try to add the mystery authors who you all have recommended as belonging on the Cozy Mystery site at a more timely pace. Having said that, here are the four newest authors to the site:

Lesley Cookman‘s Libby Sarjeant Mystery Series is a British mystery series which features an actress/sleuth.

Lorna Barrett & L. L. Bartlett Welcome Lorraine Bartlett!

January 4, 2011

I wanted to be sure to let you all know about another author on the Cozy Mystery site who is also adding another “author’s name” to her repertoire. I know that a lot of you are Lorna Barrett’s Booktown Mystery Series fans. And, of course, L. L. Bartlett’s psychic/6th sense Jeff Resnick Mystery Series has a lot of fans, also.

So, following in the same vein as yesterday’s entry, there is a new Barrett/Bartlett author>>> Lorraine Bartlett‘s new mystery series is called the Victoria Square Mystery Series, and it has, as its sleuth, a young widow who is a member of an artisan’s coop.

Alan Gordon, Diane Morlan, Phil Rickman, & Gayle Wigglesworth… Four New Authors to the Cozy Mystery Site…

November 27, 2010

I have just added four new authors to the Cozy Mystery site. I haven’t read them yet, but other Cozy Mystery site readers think that they belong on the site:

Alan Gordon (a New York lawyer) writes an historical mystery series that takes place in the 13th century. Gordon’s Fools’ Guild Mystery Series features medieval court jesters who are also secret agents.

Diane Morlan is the author of the Jennifer Penny Mystery Series which takes place in Minnesota. Jennifer roasts and brews coffee, as well as sleuths.

Phil Rickman pens the Merrily Watkins Mystery Series which takes place in Great Britain. Merrily is a single mother and a Church of England parish priest. She is a type of exorcist for the Church.  Not Cozy.

Gayle Wigglesworth writes the Claire Gulliver Mystery Series. The sleuth is an ex-librarian who inherits a traveling bookshop. Each of the mystery books in this series take place in a different location.
