Here’s the month’s Cozy Mystery news for November, 2018! There’s a fair amount of it this month, which is always good news itself!
First, Kathleen Bridge will be writing at least two more in her By the Sea Mystery Series, extending the series about Liz Holt, worker at a family owned inn on Melbourne Beach, Florida, to at least five entries. She also writes the Hamptons Home & Garden Mystery Series, starring a former home and garden writer in the Hamptons.
Next, Frances Brody has released some details on A Snapshot of Murder, slated to be the 10th in the Kate Shackleton Mystery Series, starring a WWI widow in a small village in England in the 1920s. In this entry, Kate will need to go to a recently opened museum to investigate the death of one of the seven photographers who was attending the opening.
Vickie Fee will be starting a new mystery series, the Movie Palace Mystery Series, which will likely have at least three entries. The first entry in the series will be named My Fair Latte, and the series will star the owner of an old movie theater. Fee is already the author of the Liv and Di in Dixie Mystery Series, starring party planner Liv McKay and her best friend Di Souther, set in Dixie, Tennessee.
Next up, Victoria Gilbert will be releasing at least two more books in her Blue Ridge Library Mystery Series, which stars Amy Webber, a former university librarian now managing a public library in a historic town in Virginia. This will bring the series to five books when they are released.
Finally, Tina Kashian will be releasing two more entries in her Kebab Kitchen Mystery Series, which stars Lucy Berberian, an ex-lawyer working at a family Mediterranean restaurant on the Jersey Shore. Though the names for the books haven’t been released yet, the first will be Easter-themed, the fifth Christmas-themed, and will hopefully be released in March 2020 and October 2020 respectively.
And that’s it for this month’s Cozy Mystery news!
