Ann wrote this comment, and I hope that some of you have suggestions for her:
“I’ve always enjoyed mysteries in which someone travels to England (or New England!), possibly to start life anew for whatever reason. (S)he settles in a cottage in a cozy village and somehow ends up solving a murder mystery. I’m not sure if that qualifies as a “theme” but I keep trying to find this type of mystery. Any recommendations? Thanks.”
I’ll start the list with:
Miss Emily D. Seeton Series – She actually doesn’t travel to England, but she does relocate in a new cozy village.
Thank you all for your recommendations! I am going to add them to the list right now:
Kaye C. Hill

Thank you, all, who have helped come up with possible authors for Ann! (I have added them all to the entry.)
(Kaye C. Hill is in my second (to next…) “batch” of authors to post on the site. Good to know a little bit about her series… I hope I remember to highlight her name on the entry when I finally have a page for her.)

How about Robin Paige the Victorian mystery series?
Peg says
How about a ‘southern states’ theme?

Hi, Just wondered if you caught this one by Rebecca M. Hale
its very good title : How to Wash a Cat
A woman’s uncle dies and leaves her a dusty antique shop with hidden secrets which include a key, a trap door and a map, not to mention murder and deception. It was awesome. I just finished it.

Hi Cookie,
This is a small world… I have Rebecca M. Hale on my next list of authors to include on the site. I’m glad to hear that she is this good!
