I know the title may sound a little confusing with both 2015 and 2014 in it, but that’s because the Agatha Awards for the mystery books published in 2014 were just announced at the Malice Domestic convention in May 2015.<\/p>\n

Here are the 2014 Agatha Award Winners<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

Best Contemporary Novel<\/strong>: Truth Be Told<\/a><\/em> by Hank Phillippi Ryan<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

Best Historical Novel:\u00a0Queen of Hearts<\/a><\/em> by Rhys Bowen<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

Best First Novel:\u00a0Well Read, Then Dead<\/a><\/em> by Terrie Farley Moran<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

Best Children’s\/Young Adult Novel:\u00a0The Code Buster\u2019s Club, Case #4: The Mummy\u2019s Curse<\/a><\/em>\u00a0by Penny Warner<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

Best Non-Fiction:\u00a0Writes of Passage: Adventures on the Writer\u2019s Journey<\/a><\/em> by\u00a0Hank Phillippi Ryan<\/a>, Editor<\/strong><\/p>\n

Best Short Story:\u00a0The Odds are Against Us<\/em> by Art Taylor<\/strong><\/p>\n
