As I have said several times, there seems to be an abundance of\u00a0culinary theme cozy mystery series. This is great for us, the cozy mystery readers…. In case we don’t particularly care for\u00a0one of the series, not to worry…\u00a0 there are plenty more culinary cozy mysteries to pick from…<\/p>\n
Connie Shelton<\/a> writes the Samantha Sweet Mystery Series<\/strong>. Samantha owns the Sweet’s Sweet bakery in Taos, New Mexico. She is able to use her magical powers to help her solve mysteries, as well as have a wonderful bakery.<\/p>\n Karen Rose Smith<\/a>: Daisy’s Tea Garden Mystery Series\u00a0<\/strong>stars Daisy Swanson as a mom and widow who has a tea house in Amish country in Pennsylvania.<\/p>\n J. B. Stanley<\/a>‘s Supper Club Mystery Series<\/strong> features a retired English Literature Professor who belongs to the Flab Five Supper Club with four of his friends. They get together to commiserate about\u00a0their weight issues and to take issue with crime. The books have recipes which are tasty, yet at the same time healthy\u00a0fare.<\/p>\n Lou\u00a0Jane Temple<\/a> writes two series:\u00a0Heaven Lee and Spice Box Mystery Series. Aha! The Spice Box Mystery Series<\/strong> is the second culinary mystery series that I have included that is historical in its nature…. Both of the books in this series feature a different time in history and, obviously, different characters. Temple’s Heaven Lee\u00a0Mystery Series<\/strong> is a present day culinary mystery series.<\/p>\n Joyce Tremel<\/a>\u00a0writes the Brewing Trouble Mystery Series<\/strong>, which stars a certified brewmaster and pub owner.<\/p>\n Gayle Trent<\/a> writes the Daphne Martin Mystery Series <\/strong>which features a cake decorator who has a taste for solving\u00a0mysteries.<\/p>\n Livia J. Washburn<\/a>\u00a0\u00a0writes the\u00a0Fresh Baked Mystery Series<\/strong> whose sleuth is an ex-teacher\/turned baker who solves more than the mystery of a souffl\u00e9.\u00a0 Washburn’s second book in the series is\u00a0a Halloween cozy, and her upcoming third book is a Christmas\u00a0cozy mystery.\u00a0I am hoping that we have a new holiday cozy mystery series!<\/p>\n Kirsten Weiss<\/a>: Pie Town Mystery Serie<\/strong>s – Valentine Harris is the owner of Pie Town, a pie shop in San Nicholas, California.<\/p>\n Christine Wenger<\/a>\u00a0writes the\u00a0Comfort Food Mystery Series<\/strong>. The sleuth,\u00a0Trixie Matkowski, manages a diner in a small town in upstate New York.<\/p>\n Linda Wiken<\/a> (aka Erika Chase) writes the Dinner Club Mystery Series<\/strong>. J.J.
